One of Dubai’s leading NightClub venue’s is looking for a General Manager to join the team and run a multi-million dollar business. Located in one of Dubai’s busiest entertainment location’s the Club is recognised as one of the hottest night-spots in the city.
To be shortlisted for the role, and ultimately successful, you will need to provide the following;

a history of successfully leading a Nightclub with a multi-million dollar revenue
staff management plus 30-40 front of house staff
full PnL capability
ability to manage all necessary budgets (forecasting, operating, cashflow etc)
supplier management
training
recruitment
Sponsorships
promotion and event nights

Skills

extensive hospitality & F&B experience
solid knowledge of bar operations
customer management
front door management
artist booking and management experience
excellent communications skills
minimum 5 years in nightclub management prior
