Run Rate Marketing Manager Job In IBM Middle East FZ LLC Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The Marketing Manager for Run Rate is responsible for developing a program strategy and 360-degree execution plan for STG volume and small deals products. This Demand Programs professional will support the STG strategy and objectives for the Run Rate business. The individual in this role has responsibility for end to end marketing campaign planning through execution and is accountable for delivering agreed-to program results. In addition, the candidate needs to effectively collaborate with marketing discipline peers (DP, MSM, MI, Brands, and WW teams) to ensure that messages are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning
Develop quarterly plan with an appropriate execution mix across Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing, Demand Generation and Relationship Marketing, leveraging program expense budget
Conduct planning and regular interlocks to agree priorities & focus areas with GMT/GMR teams as follows:
High Volume MSM – Leads joint planning with Intel for usage of MDF/JMP funds for Run Rate
BPO – Determine which distributors receive Distributor Growth Funds (DGF) and which Resellers receive Midmarket Benefit Pack (MMBP) funding for IBM co-marketing initiatives; Collaborate on monthly Communications calendar to Business Partners (including newsletters and PartnerWorld site updates)
High Volume Product Manager – Determines complementary SWG, GTS & IGF Express Advantage offerings for cross-promotion with System xand Storage for Tier 2 fulfilment
Demand Programs Lead – Undertakes quarterly planning interlocks with Midmarket Demand Program team
Run Rate Sales Lead on Run Rate Portfolio & Pricing; RR Sales Execution Lead in weekly cadence calls
Country Marketing Teams – Manage weekly cadence calls and lead Run Rate performance/activity update
Demand Generation & Channel Marketing
Develop a Quarterly GTM plan leveraging various digital and F2F programs to drive higher sell-out
Leverage BPO and brand channels communication engine to provide news, information & updates on the Run Rate initiative
Leads Management: Work closely with Brand / BPO Smalls Deals and LDR on lead progression
Program Budget Management & ROI: Manage the program budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives, develop/execute action plans to address any gaps.
Agency Managment: Primary interface with, and day-to-day management of external vendors to deliver relevant campaign assets in a timely and effective fashion
Metrics and Management Process
Responsible for overall marketing and business pipeline health
Work with country Demand Program team and Global Marketing Center to ensure 100% IBM processes and tools compliant including MEPT, BAT, Unica, Event Solution Tool and MFR to facilitate campaign execution and budget management
Ensure budgets are fully utilized and comply with business controls
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years experience in Marketing
English: Fluent
Preferred
Business/Management
At least 8 years experience in Marketing
