Responsible for the planning, development, coordination and analytical modelling for all commercial and investment activities of the Dubai Metro lines and any future lines and extensions.

3.KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify, review and study new business opportunities.
Undertake market analysis and identify trends.
Support the planning and development of Rail Agency services by realization of the department functions and objectives.
Provide commercial support and expertise with particular focus on:
Business Case development.
Financial Modelling (Net Present Value modelling, cashflow projections).
Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal development.
Review and improve existing/develop new business processes related to the section.
Liaise directly with the relevant departments to close out potential issues quickly in order to achieve project success.
Conduct, carry out and coordinate market research as necessary to eliminate or reduce any uncertainties in the financial model for the business case.
Provide reports and analysis on a regular basis and as necessary to the BD Manager.
Ensure that any lessons learnt from previous projects are incorporated into all new initiatives and projects
To provide continued support to other Rail Agency Directorate on all matters to achieve successful Railway opening.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Internal:All RTA Agencies and Sectors.
External:Government & Semi-Gov. officials, Consultants, Contractors.
6.FRAMEWORK, BOUNDARIES AND DECISION-MAKING
All job assigned to him will be closely oversee by his supervisor.
Has no rights to take decision by his/her own proposal without instruction given by his/her supervision.
Provide professional guidance and advice to the manager.
7.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Commerce from a recognized university.
Minimum 6 years of related work experience. Experience in railway or Metro projects will be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to think independently and solve complex problems.
Excellent knowledge of rail network related commercial activities.
Good communication skills with the ability to establish good rapport with piers and senior management quickly.
Good business acumen supported by excellent report writing and presentation skills. .
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Good English skills are required with Arabic being an advantage.
