About the Business

Description and Desired Qualifications
Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for writing, editing, developing, coordinating and managing the production of various types of documentation including proposals, SOQs (Statement of Qualifications), interview presentations, technical client reports, marketing materials, internal communication pieces including emails and newsletters, and other collateral pieces.

This position provides technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development on client report or proposal documentation. The incumbent leads either Proposal/BD activities and/or client project deliverable efforts for medium to large projects/proposals.

Provides leadership on medium to large proposals or client documentation efforts.
Independently coordinates information collection with teaming partners and subcontractors.
Develops advanced knowledge of technical and business development publishing and multiple other related subject areas or disciplines.
Acts as subject-matter expert in technical and business development publishing.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent experience.
8 to 12 years’ experience managing technical proposals or client deliverables for government and/or commercial clients is preferred.

Requirements
