The Role
The Supreme Group are currently looking for a results oriented Human Resources Manager based in their Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading MNC based in Dubai. The HR Management role will require an individual with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM and will be responsible for working in partnership with a number of stakeholders across the group in order to devise and implement coherent HR strategies. While improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment the expectations of this role will involve meeting project deadlines and budgets in order to provide a first class service delivery to all partners in the business operationally and strategically. Providing HR across multi locations in some of the most remote locations across the globe within a diverse and complex group is one of many challenges you will face in this role. As a HR Manager you must have a sound understanding of the following areas, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee relations, Compensation and Benefits, Project Management, Job Evaluation, Process Improvement as a minimum.
BA or MBA in a related discipline.
Understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain.

Preferable:

Experience of supporting organizations with manpower numbers of circa 5000.
MNC experience.
Remote site experience.
Work experience across the globe.
