A leading luxury brands company requires a Key Accounts Manager (Perfume & Cosmetics) for there perfume & cosmetics division.
The duties that fall under this role are:
Forecast and plan the yearly sales and purchases assigned in keeping with the marketing plan of the principals in coordination with Department Manager.
Preparing the marketing calendar for the Brand.
Finalize and maintain the distribution network of the brand in coordination with the Department Manager.
In charge of the brands sale in UAE.
Principal’s strategy and objective must be conveyed to the sales team.
Analyse the sales achievement on monthly basis and take appropriate decision to improve in coordination with Department Manager.
Review the stock position on biweekly basis, identify the slow moving items and take action to liquidate it in coordination with Department Manager.
Implement the marketing plan activities of the brand with proper follow-up.
Plan, implement necessary promotion schedule in advance.
Negotiate with the dealers regarding the space of the brands (identify counters) in coordination with Department Manager.
Prepare the target for the sales team with coordination with Brand Supervisor and submit with the Department Manager for his approval.
Maintain and develop cordial relationship with the dealers network in UAE through regular visits to all outlets.
Look for new business revenues in the industry and to keep the Department Manager and Management informed about this.
The right person for this role is one who has:-
Minimum 5 years of experience of working as Key Account Manager in perfume and cosmetics industry
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and written).
Excellent marketing knowledge for the perfume and cosmetics industry.
